Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders shipped within Canada over $100 (before applicable taxes)!! Enter Promo Code FREESHIP at checkout.

Canadian Orders Up To $99.99 (before applicable taxes)— $10 flat rate

Combine Orders Enter Promo Code COMBINEORDERS at checkout if you have already placed an order on the same calendar date and want your items to ship together. *If your combined pre-tax total is $100+, you may contact customerservice@sweetjolie.com and request a store credit for your country's shipping amount - please provide date of purchases and order numbers in your e-mail.

United States Orders — $15 flat rate
International – $35 flat rate

** Please ensure the shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.**  Any packages that are returned to Sweet {Jolie} because of inaccurate shipping details entered by the customer, will require the customer to 1) Provide the correct shipping address, 2) Pay for the return Shipping Fees, and 3) Pay for new shipping fees.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept any full price items that weren't quite right for you in exchange for STORE CREDIT. The returned item(s) MUST be received within 14 days of the delivery date or date of in-store purchase; with Return Approval (see below).

  • All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags.
  • All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Full price merchandise may be returned for store credit that will expire 1 year from date of issue.
  • Shipping costs are NOT included in store credit.  Any returns sent COD to Sweet {Jolie} will be returned to sender.
  • LOCAL RETURNS MADE IN PERSON - Please bring your item with RA# on a scheduled {Open Boutique} Day. See Calendar.
  • Hillberg & Berk Jewellery warranties against manufacturing defect can be redeemed within the warranty window of time noted on your card via: 1) Fastest method: bring product and warranty card to a local H&B location; 2) ship your product and copy of warranty to Sweet {Jolie} - a longer processing time will be required. An RA# will be required as well (see below)

  • EARRINGS ARE A FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method.

Follow these return steps:

  1. Fill in the form below. A RETURN APPROVAL # will be emailed to you.
  2. Print off your original purchase receipt and write in the RA# provided in the designated field on the receipt.
  3. Send in your return item and printed receipt with RA#.
  4. Your credit will be issued within 10 days of receiving your package.

Defective Merchandise

If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days of the delivery date. If the EXACT item is in stock we will exchange it. If we cannot replace the item you can choose a credit or a refund. Replacement items or refund/credit will be issued once the defective item is recieved by Sweet {Jolie}. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Damaged items are valid for store credit only past the three day notification policy. Damage to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
